Refund and Return Policy

B&H Charity Accounting Group (https://registernonprofit.ca/) values outstanding customer satisfaction and is committed to ensuring that our services meet your expectations. Please be aware that service fees and applicable government fees are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Cancellations:

Once your order is received, our team begins processing immediately. As we provide services, not physical products, refunds are not possible once processing has begun. However, if an order is placed by mistake, please contact us within 30 minutes by phone or email if we are not available. We cannot issue partial refunds if the business registration process has already started, as the total price reflects the entire service package.

Business Name Registration Responsibility:

When registering a named business, it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that the business name complies with government regulations. If the name is rejected, you must provide an alternative name and allow sufficient time for processing. Alternatively, you may choose to proceed with a numbered company. B&H Charity Accounting Group (https://registernonprofit.ca/) cannot guarantee name approval, as it is subject to government decisions, and no refunds will be issued for name rejection. For CRA Accounts and WCB/WSIB/WSB registrations, providing timely and accurate information is the client’s responsibility. Delays or incomplete services resulting from incorrect information will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be considered if B&H Charity Accounting Group is unable to complete the business registration or service after receiving all required information in a timely manner. If there is a delay or dissatisfaction with the service, please contact us with the updated details of your order.

Errors and Delays Caused by B&H Charity Accounting Group:

If a review of your order shows that you provided all necessary information accurately and on time, but B&H Charity Accounting Group has failed to process the order, caused unnecessary delays, or neglected specific parts of the service, a partial refund may be considered for the affected services. Please provide payment receipts or equivalent proof of purchase to help us resolve the issue. We are happy to correct any errors and will issue refunds if you have been incorrectly charged. If you have any concerns regarding billing, contact us as soon as possible to resolve them.
